Terms
Normal payment terms are cash. For customers with approved credit, invoices are due on a 30-day net basis. Past due accounts will be subject to service charges assessed at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% annum) on any balance over 30 days.
Warranty
Lloyd Nursery will exercise care to have all plants true to name. We give no other warranty, expressed or implied, as to variety or productivity of nursery stock we sell. No liability is assumed by seller for delay or failure to deliver caused by drought, flood, strikes, embargoes or any other conditions beyond seller's control.
Claims
Claims must be made upon receipt of merchandise. Seller will at no time be responsible for more than the purchase price of merchandise.
